At first it worked very well but after the fourth use it started to fail, sometimes it works other times it does not start, so that it works you have to manually move the part of the blades but it is extremely dangerous, because it starts at high speed and then goes down to the minimum , I could not apply the guarantee because I am in Venezuela. I bought the mixer because it had good power and great capacity, in addition to trust the brand but I really should have bought Kitchenaid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My wife just purchased this a month ago and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! It makes everything so much better. The only complaint is the cover that goes over the bowl while it mixes. Could have been a better feature than what it is.

Easy to use,the cinnamon roll dough I mixed in the Stand mixer came out great,you just need to remember to put the liquids first and then the dry ingredients to mix.

We really like it. Cons: does not mix in the very bottom and have to scrape side of bowl ofter as it does not mix near the sides either.

I purchased this to replace a very cheap hand mixer that lasted close to 20 years. I've only used this mixe4 a few times, so I think with time and use I will really love it. Right now aim trying to get used to it since it works very differently from a hand mixer. The only thing I really don't like is no room to get in and stir without stopping and lifting the beater up. I'm hoping I will get more proficient with time.
