I returned this product after 4 uses because the entire head started wobbling when mixing. I had the unit only as high as 4 and had to turn it off because of the excessive wobble. I purchased this because it had very good reviews and I wasn’t able to find a KitchenAid in a similar price range. Don’t make the same mistake, I ended up getting a KitchenAid for a bit more money, but this appliance is a beast! I’m expecting to use it for a long time without a wobble. My new KitchenAid has the bowl lift instead of the head tilt, much sturdier.

I used it once to make a pizza. I was disappointed in the performance. The dough would not pick up from the side of the bowl. I had to keep scraping the sides to blend it in. The only reason I'm keeping it ,is because it is a gift from my children.

The mixer quality is fantastic; however, it is almost impossible to turn the screw that allows you to adjust the mixer head. My attachments don’t even graze the bottom of the bowl so it just pushes everything to the bottom and doesn’t actually mix. My mixer is basically useless due to this issue.

I have used this several times and I don't like the way I cannot scrape the sides while it is beating. It pushes the batter to the side and the beater cannot reach it or the bottom of the bowl while mixing so I have to stop it and lift the beaters and then scrape the sides and it is very inconvenient

I purchased this mixer a month ago. Love the appearance and quality. But my one complaint which is an issue that cannot be remedied, is that when creaming 1 stick of butter and some sugar, it does mix in center n bottom of bowl. Have to stop many times to scrape ingredients together. I make many small batches of cookies. Any recommendations??

Looks nice but it’s is not powerful enough for making buttercream. It’s fine for mixing batter but I would not use it for icing or bread mixing it boughs down while mixing stiff items.
