Best mixer I’ve owned. Hands down a great product . It also has a recipe book and honestly I’ve made the pretzel recipe and the bread recipe and it came out perfect. I don’t think I’d own any other mixer

I love this stand mixer because it kneads bread doughs like a champ. My only beef with it is that it does not pick up the mixture from the bottom of the bowl. It requires extra scraping at the bottom of the bowl and manual incorporation of loose ingredients into the dough ball, which interrupts the flow of simply just being able to let the dough hook do the work for you. I’m giving it 5 stars because maybe it’s just me since I’m new to bread baking. 🤷♀️

I'm impressed with the machine. My wife has vision issues and it is very easy to use and control. We like how the bowl locks into the base, and the handle on the bowl is very sturdy and easy to grip. Also, for arthritic hands, the mixer head is very easy to lift and is well balanced. No need to spend the money for more expensive competitive products.
