Love this mixer.. it's a powerhouse. I make a ton of bread and pastries. The only thing I really wish they would do different is glass bowls, or a variety of designs. I cannot find a paddle with the scraper edge to fit mine and it is a little harder to get the attachments on and off than my KitchenAid was.

Excellent stand mixer. I looked at a couple other brands but decided to go with the name I trust! My only complaint is there’s not enough room to add ingredients without stopping & lifting the mixer top (which is easy to do). It came with the splatter guard, which is essential, but the spout on it is also small, so when adding flour to cookie dough I can only squeeze about 1/2 cup at a time unless you have some kind of bowl that’s skinny with a spout.

Elegant Appearance & Amazing Quality Absolutely Love This Mixer. If we had the option to could give it 100 stars we would. Attachments fit in so easily and everything fits in the mixing bowl when your done with your creation. Thank You we wouldn’t expect less from a Cuisinart Product.
