I am pleased with my mixer. It is very convenient, I am able to pick it up and lift it. For me at an older age this is important. The one thing I would change is the beater. It needs to be a tad bit wider to scrape the sides as it is beating. I have a Kitchen Aid also and they have a beater that has silicone that scrapes the side as it beats. Other wise,it is good.

I am happy with my new mixer. The whisk attachment works beautifully. The standard mixing paddle doesn't touch the bowl as well as it should though to mix all the ingredients. I haven't tried the dough hook yet but I'm excited about making bread finally.

I also purchased the meat grinder. Excellent also. Makes my baking experience easier. Very happy with all my Cuisinart products.

Love this mixer.. it's a powerhouse. I make a ton of bread and pastries. The only thing I really wish they would do different is glass bowls, or a variety of designs. I cannot find a paddle with the scraper edge to fit mine and it is a little harder to get the attachments on and off than my KitchenAid was.
