The Cuisinart stand mixer is sturdy, well made, and pretty to look at. I bought it mainly to use the knead hooks for making bread but will be using it for baking as well.

This mixer is wonderful, with its multiple speeds, and the weight of it. Much lighter than my older stand mixer. Makes breads and cookies a breeze to make and the pour spout, although a little difficult, is great for mixing in the dry ingredients.

Great mixer, good size but needs a smaller batch b

Nice mixer fits well in cabinet light weight easy to lift. Comes with 5.5 mixing bowl that seems well made but its size is a draw back. The set needs a smaller bowl for small batches.
With 5.5 bowl the mix must continuously be interrupted in order to scrap whatever small batch is being mixed scraped off sides of bowl to add back into batch. Small bowl makes it 5 stars.
