This makes baking a breeze and super enjoyable. Since the pandemic I have taken up baking, which is why I bought this, and it has surpassed my expectations. This is so much better than a hand mixer.

I love the style of my new mixer. I have not had an opportunity to use it myself, but I guided my 16 year old through using it to bake a cake for her Nana and PopPop. Despite reviews of other owners, we found that if you plan for your project and properly attach the spout, it it’s easy to add ingredients. My daughter’s hands didn’t get messy and create a mess when adjusting the speed or lifting the attachments from the bowl. I can’t wait until I’m on my feet to use this baby and get add-ons for it.

Love this mixer! The power and ability to mix & whip things thoroughly is great. My one criticism is that I do wish it was easier to add ingredients while mixer is on; there really isn't enough room between bowl and beater to easily do so.

I like the Cuisinart stand mixer. the only comment I have is that for small quantities (For example Eggs), the attachment does not go all the way down to mix properly.

This mixer is a beast! It has done its job exceptionally well so far. It powers through the toughest bread dough without the slightest hesitation. I have no other mixers to compare as this is my first, but I can’t imagine needing anything else unless I were to start a bakery! I would definitely purchase this item again.
To anyone considering purchasing this mixer who hasn’t owned a stand mixer before like myself...go ahead, you won’t be disappointed.

It's a very nice mixer for some family or person who would use it three or four times a month to make light weight items such as cakes or whipped cream. I use a mixer two to three times a week for breads and other doughs. This mixer while it does do the job, is just not a very sturdy appliance, it shakes and rocks on the dough for just a single loaf of bread and I very frequently find myself having to scrape mix down off the sides to get it to incorporate in a timely fashion. It takes noticeably longer to fully knead a batch with this mixer. Like I said it is not bad, it is not really malfunctioning, it's just that I should have bought a heavier duty mixer. I'll probably end up donating this to a thrift store and looking for a more powerful appliance. I bought this because I have had many Cuisinart appliances in the past that I really liked. Cuisinart does make a fine product but in this matter I feel like I may look closer at Kitchen Aid based on several recommendations I have gotten from others.

The 5.5 quart mixer is a decent machine. I use it mainly for Sourdough bread (which is more moist than cookie dough) and the motor seems to strain a bit, making me wonder how long it's going to last. The front cover over the accessory port access keeps falling off. At 5.5 quart I can only make 1 loaf of bread at a time otherwise the dough rides up the hook to where it's attached. Despite what may seem like a negative review, compaired to the overpriced Kitchen-Aid, for the part time baker in the house doing small batches it is a good buy.
