I love my new stand mixer. I love all the features about it. I make sour dough bread and it has made my life so much easier. Hand mixing the dough was hard and the mixer has it done in no time flat. I love the shields that attach to the bowl to prevent splatters. That is a plus factor with this mixer. Love love love it.

I bought the mixer a couple of weeks before Christmas, 2018. I really like the mixer. I wish the mixing attachments could be lowered a bit in the bowl to better mix a small amount of ingredients. The attachments seem to rotate above small amounts of ingredients which results in those ingredients not be combined well. When the volume of ingredients increases the mixer does an excellent job.

I received this as a Christmas gift and I am so happy I did. The construction of the mixer gives it stability that handles any ingredients (from creaming to doughs) with ease and is much quieter then my old one.

After 50 some years of baking I finally broke down and bought this wonderful mixer. Baking became almost impossible due to the arthritis in my hands and shoulder, but this mixer does it all with only minor assistance from me. Also the cost was lower than the competitors!! Love the red color. I'm a happy baker now. I love all of my Cuisinart appliances.

I received this mixer for my birthday after years of rationalizing NOT needing one and comparing it to the other very popular brand of stand mixer. All of my kitchen power tools are Cuisinart, and I trust the quality of the brand. I don't know how I ever lived this long without this in my kitchen. I find myself baking more frequently and making things I otherwise would not have made without the aid of this mixer. I have used it for mixing various cookie doughs, cake batters, some fairly heavy bread doughs, and to blend seasoning and other ingredients into ground meat (a process which also texturizes the meat), as well as experimenting with different types of meringues and buttercreams. The motor is a powerhouse-- it has never struggled with any recipe I have thrown at it. The speed dial is very easy to locate and adjust without having to look. The bowl, attachments, and motor unit are solid and sturdy-- there is nothing flimsy about this machine. It is easy to clean and looks beautiful in my kitchen (I got the red model). I look forward to purchasing the pasta attachment for the mixer soon. The only bad thing about this mixer is that I have easily gained 15 lbs from all of the baking I've done. Instead of looking through cookbooks and wishing I had the time to make a certain cake or pastry, I can just get up and whip something together in 10 minutes (including clean-up). The price, the quality, the ease-of-use, and the aesthetics of this mixer should make it a staple in anyone's kitchen. I love it.
