After watching stand mixer reviews online, I chose the Cuisinart Precision Master stand mixer. On arrival, It was well-packaged. I have used it to cream ingredients, mix cookie batter and knead bread. When mixing, the beater reaches to the bottom of the bowl, so no issue with unmixed ingredients. Easy to use, easy to clean. I am very pleased with the quality and function of this product, as I am with my other Cuisinart small appliances.

I traded in my kitchen aid for this as it was more than needed for a household of 2.
I chose white and love it.
The paddle blade is not long enough so ingredients don’t get fully mixed without user intervention. A spatula beater blade like KA would help, but I haven’t found one for the Cuisinart mixer. The whisker does an excellent job of beating egg whites.
The attachment cover is a cheap plastic and has popped off several times.
Love the tilt feature and how it locks into place which KA did not.
Overall Im happy with the mixer. Time will speak to its longevity.

I like everything about it but the beater does not reach the bottom or the sides and I have to keep scraping down the sides and it takes much longer to make anything.

the problem is adding ingredients while mixing or kneading. Love the color but this is a major problem. The name tag on the front that cover attachment is not secure. The tag fell into my bowl and broke. Now I have to take the 3/4 of the tag left off before using the product. Love to have a handy sticker that tells me the speeds without using the book.

I would never recommend this stand mixer to anyone. While it was mixing, it was jumping up and moving. This is the worst stand mixer I have ever encountered. I am so happy the store gave me a refund.

I really like my new Precision Master 500 Watt mixer. My old Kitchenaid 325 Watt finally went to stand mixer heaven and was smoking after trying to whip up cold butter and sugar (had it for 20+ yrs.) Needless to say I needed something more powerful if I was to continue baking those special cookies so I chose this model for its price point and great reviews. Of course when I received it, the first thing I did was mix cold cold butter w/sugar and this baby handled it like a champ! I like the 12 speeds on this as well. I ended up buying the Agave color and it's so pretty! Cuisinart for the Win!
