I absolutely love it!! My first stand mixer and I'm in love. It's powerful, easy to clean and quiet! I chose the Pinot noir for color and it's absolutely gorgeous in my kitchen. Plus you have the option of using accessories. Most definitely a fan!!

Great Stand Mixer But Needs A Better Paddle!

I love the brand. I think the Precision Master 5.5 Qt. Stand Mixer is a great addition to my kitchen; however, I wish Cuisinart had put more thought into creating a better flat mixing paddle that fit the bowl properly—in depth and width. It does not mix some ingredients at the bottom of the bowl and I had to stop the mixer to scrape the bowl at least 3-5 times. I was not happy about that and my pound cake did not come out as I had expected—texture wise. I still love this stand mixer. I just hope Cuisinart will come out with a spatula paddle soon or a better flat mixing paddle.
