I really like this stand mixer. It is powerful yet a lot quieter than my old mixer. I also love the recipe book that came with it. It tells you exactly what setting to put it on for each step of the recipe and give the nutrition info as well. I made the apple oat bran muffins and they are very good.

Great mixer. I love the slow speed start, I no longer get covered in flour when the mixer starts. I had a kitchenaid for many years but wasn’t happy with the bowl shape or the way the paddles chipped. This cuisinart is so much better.

It’s pretty good but it doesn’t go close enough to the sides but otherwise mixes well just had to stop and scrap the sides and such. I don’t have much negative experience otherwise from that thus far.

I am pleased with this purchase overall. It is easy to use, quiet and was affordable . I experienced one flaw that needs to be addressed. When using the he paddle for heavy dough, the bowl gets locked on the stand. I have sprayed, used heat and wrestled it loose. Unfortunately, in doing so I loosened the handle on the bowl.
