I haven't had a chance to use it much, but it is sturdy, has a strong motor, and looks great on the countertop.
I've burnt out so many motors on cheaper mixers. This Cuisinart is built to last.

This is the best mixer I ever had. It is much lighter and smaller than the old one with the glass bowls that spun around on a turntable. It is simple to use, quiet, and very easy to keep clean. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

It’s the first stand mixer I’ve ever owned and it works great. I didn’t give it 5 stars because there just isn’t much room too add ingredients. The bowl is too high. Plus I would like to use a smaller bowl for smaller recipes. I love the beater blade. So much easier to use and clean than the old standard beaters. It’s a workhorse, but a little awkward to use. I think it’s just a learning curve.
