You must scrape the sides of your bowl often.

I like the quality of my mixer and it's a nice looking appliance. But you need to turn the motor off, then raise the motor to often scrape the sides of the bowl. I would rather have the mixing components just mix in the center instead of side to side. I might be able to scrape the sides of the bowl without turning off the motor everytime. If there was more distance between the motor and the bowl that would make scraping the sides of the bowl easier too.

The 'Precision Master is quiet. It's difficult to add ingredients while the mixer is in motion. Often, I have to stop and lift the head in order to add. The handle makes it easy to pour into the baking dish.
