The 'Precision Master is quiet. It's difficult to add ingredients while the mixer is in motion. Often, I have to stop and lift the head in order to add. The handle makes it easy to pour into the baking dish.

For years, I dreamt of having a stand mixer in my kitchen, but always thought the cost would prevent that from happening. Until I found this beautiful Cuisinart Stand Mixer last month. I have used it a half dozen times and can't believe I went so long without it. It makes baking so much easier!
