I make gluten free bread & this mixer does a great job with the sticky dough. The best feature on this Mixer is the timer. I love that you don't have to watch the clock!

It looks great on the counter and is easy to use. Not excessively noisy. It stays in place while running. I really like it. I've only used it to make pizza dough so far and the dough turned out great. I used the "dough" setting for the first batch and the "manual" setting for the second one.

Can be a bit better

There is only 1 thing that this machine is missing. It is a digital timer that can be programed to count down time the machine is mixing. I have had a Cuisinart stand mixer for decades, the all in one type. This is a replacement for my original mixer. It's good but still could be better.
