I bought this beautiful brushed stainless steel toaster because it was so highly rated by independent testers in several surveys. This toaster is super. It has memory for both sides (it has 4 slots), is motorized both up and down and I can select what type of bread, and on and on. It does a very good job of evenly toasting the bread be in a bagel, English muffin, or bread. I would highly recommend this brand and this specific toaster.

We really love this toaster and how it work asfar as the bread going up and down slowly. The only drawback is, when I select bagel or anything to be toasted on one side, both elements still turn on. The same with when we select the option for one piece of toast. Both sides still turn on. My old toaster did not do that. When one selected bagel or one side, only the one side of the heating element turned on. Otherwise, it's a wonderful appliance and I would buy it, again.

Slick looking, easy to use for different bread types, waffles, english muffins, bagels etc. Piece the shade and a memory function so you never over toast again. It's fun to watch and guest comment on it all the time.. Would purchase again.

I love the memory function. I've always had to set the darkness for regular toast and then toast muffins, bagels, etc. multiple times to get them right. The graphic countdown is a nice feature giving you and idea how much longer until the item is done toasting.

It's a very nice toaster with lots of features. It replaced a KitchenAid 4-slice motorized that had many years of good service. The replacement KitchenAid is 4x the price so I'm willing to have some compromises. The slots are a little short for larger breads.

I had imagine a toaster like this decades ago. I recently saw one in a movie on television. I was so overwhelmed to see I had access to get one. Thank you so very much. This product has made me such a happy camper. It’s everything you said it would be. Like quiet, the operation system is smooth, streamlined and it’s so elegant looking. I can actually tell the difference in toasting with your toaster. I can honestly say toast have never taste, so good. I don’t even use butter anymore. I go straight for my favorite preserves.
