I am very happy with this appliance. It is a replacement for my first Cuisinart coffee and hot water machine that was damaged in an electrical storm this summer. The new machine is perfect. It brews great coffee and keeps it warm with three settings of your choice. The new machine is streamlined with the hot water service in a movable spout, a great improvement over the bulk of the prior machine. I keep it on the counter sitting on a decorative metal tray. When not in use, I turn it to the side to open more counter space. This is a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite thing about this coffee maker is the hot water spout. You just press the hot water button and when the light stops flashing the hot water is ready. It has a spout and you press down on the lever and the hot water pours right into your cup. It also has a lock for the lever so your not accidently pushing it down and pouring out water. It is also programmable, so you can set what time you want it to turn on and brew coffee. Mine came on right at 9 and was about 10 mins to brew a whole pot. It then beeps to let you know when done. I love the convenience of the reusable filter. Easy to clean and has 2 different water reservoirs for the coffee and the hot water. It also uses a water filter in both. It's a great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an amazing surprise to receive in the mail! I immediately opened it up, set it up and brewed some coffee! Probably the best cup of coffee I’ve had! I love how you can set the temp of the carafe. I also like how there’s a hot water reserve. My kiddos love hot chocolate, so this will make my life so much easier! Coffee brews fast and you can program it to brew before you wake up. It’s not too big and doesn’t take up much counter space. Overall I’d give this a 10/10!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker has a nice design and would go with any kitchen. It is easy to set up and easy to use. The controls are not complicated. I really love the ability to make 1 cup of coffee if I choose to. Also, I love a separate hot water dispenser, because I love having tea, and I hate when water comes from the same spot as coffee and makes water taste weird. I can use separate water dispenser for my tea, oatmeal, or anything else I need.

The hot water function is an added bonus!I can make my daughter's oatmeal while making my coffee.Multitasking made easy. I reccomend the cuisineart 12 cup coffee maker and hot water system.
