We had an old coffee maker and decided to get a new one. My wife and I like to have a cup of tea during the day and in the evening. With our old coffee maker that wasn’t possible. With the new Coffee Plus it is easy to make hot water for tea anytime we want it.

Good coffee maker. I just wish I could fill reservoir and then make 2-3 cups daily. I can only fill the reservoir for the number of cups I make.

I bought the product because it offered a dual use purpose. However, it would have been preferable to clarify that when one only needs 1-4 cups of coffee, the same amount of water should be poured into the machine, instead of filling it up with 10-cup portion.

This coffee maker and hot water system is great! I haven't used the hot water system yet, but I make coffee almost every day, it's fast and reliable. I love being able to set it up before I go to bed and have freshly brewed coffee when I wake up. I highly recommend this product!
