For those of us who just want an easy-to-use coffeemaker with hot water option (and could care less about making espresso or using pods...) this model is a great choice. Attractive and simple to operate with Cuisinart quality and reliability in a compact package that doesn't clutter the counter top.

Works perfectly and a nice slim size …note that water reservoirs are on the back of the unit so you will need to adjust your filling technique

Brews a great cup of coffee for me and very hot water for her tea. Hot water and brewing coffee can be independent or simultaneous.

Great product ! We finally needed to replace the older model that had worked just fine for 7 years. Our family loves coffee and hot tea and the occasional hot chocolate which this coffee pot with the hot water feature is perfect for !

This is the 2nd coffee maker we purchase from Cuisinart. They have made improvements to the water storage and hot water tank that make it easier to use as well as the hot water dispenser. Basic setup is the same.

In addition to rating this coffee maker 5 stars I'm rating Cuisinart 5 stars for the warranty they offer. They stand by their products. I received this model as a warranty replacement. My model was discontinued and this was a very nice redesign of the previous model. It brews very quickly and the button panel is a much better design. Great company!
