So far so good. It's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. It's a little tippy but I like the way it will go down a single track trail. Seems to be a well built trailer. The tube didn't last very long but I have a new heavy duty tube and tannus ordered.

QuietKat Single Wheel Trailer
on August 15, 2022

I bought this rig as a starting platform to connect to our Mapping Field Support Rig. I fabricated mounts for the swingarm of our yamaha TW200 fat wheel motor cycle. This has turned out to be a great base of a custom build. It is heavy duty enough to handle the survey support equipment but not so heavy that its hard to bring along. It tracks perfectly, with tight turning radius and thru narrow paths a 4 wheel would have trouble with. We will be adding large saddle bag bins over the rear wheel to free up cargo space, but so far very pleased. Our use is probably not what it was intended for but I am very pleased none the less and it has saved a ton of time in labor and frustration to create something from scratch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this trailer. I purchased single wheel because I’m going thru thick woods going to the swamp. Perfect when I’m setting my stands. Ridge runner with trailer, Perfect combination. Thank you.

Excellent quality

As you would expect from QuietKat, the quality of the single-wheel trailer is outstanding. The welds, geometry, finish, and functionality are excellent. The kickstand is a great feature, too. I think so highly of the workmanship that I'm considering adding a two-wheel trailer as well to maximize my options in the field.

PRETTY GOOD FIRST TRY
on April 12, 2022

So I do not own a Quiet Kat, I have a very powerful electric dirt bike, and I attached the bobbins by making my own bracket to hold them to my dirt bike. These dirt bikes are extremely powerful, capable of massive jumps and mine will go 49 mph down the highway. But Jon R is correct in his review, this trailer really becomes the tail wagging the dog, even on my Segway X260, which weighs just over 100 pounds, plus my weight. The trailer really affects the way the bike handles, and with even a light (40 pounds) load on some bumps the trailer bounces a lot. I think it could pull an elk hindquarter (80 pounds for a cow?), but I'd be forced to go mighty slow. Which is fine, but potential purchasers should be aware that you won't be flying around dragging this trailer with even a light load. Cool product, but beware its limitations.

Jon R I'd love to pick your brain about the mods you made to this trailer.

This trailer isn’t as stable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trailer isn’t as stable as I hoped. You definitely feel the pull. Full suspension bikes require an aftermarket axle for trailer hook/up.
