This is definitely a quality

The single wheel solves a lot of off road problems ( width , tipping) the tire size is also correct in my opinion. Customer service is great and offer help to find tow axles or fittings from other suppliers. I would love to see an aluminum model

I purchased both the single and two-wheeled trailer options for my Apex Pro to see which I like the best. First of all, the directions for this single wheel model kinda suck. No video is available so you need to rely on directions written by someone who obviously does not speak English as a primary language. Be prepared for wording like (exact copy, not me mis-typing).... ". As with an automobile is valid" or "-Maximum speed 40KM/H think by the bending always of the fact that now your bicycle has become longer about 140 cm." I have no idea what some of those directions really mean, so it would be very helpful if a video was provided or at least written directions in legible and concise English. Second, the photos provided to assist with the install are equally terrible and unhelpful. Bad grammar/photos aside, what worries me the most is the tiny (1/4"?, pretty sure it's even smaller...) by 10" "quick connect" shaft that connects the fork (in front) to the cargo rack (in the middle). At least the bolts that connect to the cargo rack (middle) to the wheel (in the rear) are beefier but it doesn't matter if the weak link is in first connection (front). Time will tell if my worries are/aren't warranted, but I am already really skeptical of the reliability/longevity of key connection points of this trailer. I will try to purchase a spare bolt/shaft proactively assuming this tiny bolt is going to break and leave me exposed on the trail. Would love to hear from people that have worked it out hard and successfully without any failures. Hate to start off my QuietKat purchase with negativity, but I am sure none of use want to run in to cargo hauling issues 30 miles from our destination.

Poorly executed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design but poorly built. Very cheaply made the framing is bent all over. They had to send me a second trailer just to build one decent one. The second one is as bad as the first one they sent. Not really sure what to do but make the best of what I got. As for being an accessory to the top quality E-bike this failed in my opinion. They need better quality control.

Cargo trailer

Plan to use for hunting this Fall, but in the meantime, I've been using to take trips to the local farmers market to pick-up items. Have also used it to pick-up groceries from the store transporting them in a 27 ga enclosed plastic bin with lid which fits nicely inside the cage area.
