I get up at 5 for a half hour of walking before getting ready for work. Sometimes i walk at night. I love that i can place my tablet in the holder for easy access, put on the fan at various speeds and work out in different speeds and inclines. I placed it near a t.v. so that i can watch the news. Great machine
