Pros: Extremely quiet and easy on the knees. I can increase or decrease the instensity of my workout depending on my painlevel for the day. 5'4" at 165 and 44 years old, I can walk for two hours and not be worried if I can't walk back home. Cons: Fan is angled at wrong position for a shorty like me. I have to get right up close holding the bars while walking if I want to feel the breeze. Then my toes hit the plastic guard and strides are real short. This feels uncomfortable. So I set up a separate fan.

I love my Nordic Track c700! It has great workout settings and options. I love the calorie burning workout setting. You can set a calorie burn goal and meet it. It's real simple and easy.

Love the freedom to run or walk every day, no matter the weather! I also maximize my time using the incline feature. I am a 65 year old woman and I put the entire thing together by myself!! I wouldn't recommend it, if you have a friend, it would be easier.

This treadmill I purchased from NordicTrack is amazing!!! I use it every day and it is so easy for me to get on and set my pace and all I need to do to complete my workout. I am 72 years of age but I try to keep the pace of a 50 year old. This treadmill is so smooth,unlike my last one, and it entices me to go further and faster all the time. It takes one touch of my finger to start setting up my workout and it has everything I need to do the best job I can do for myself. I LOVE IT!! My husband now likes it very much too. This is not only a machine I love but NEED!!!

Relative easy to put together using home tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrench). Needed the help of a second person to hold materials during some parts of assembly. No YouTube video available for this specific model and instruction book for the console did not exactly resemble the unit we received. Took 4+ hours to complete the task. Treadmill shipped in one large box with walking base pre-assembled... but is very heavy, though pretty easy to move via its wheels over our tile floor once assembled. Speed of treadmill about 1 mph faster indicated console setting; incline works well. Walking base is shorter (5 inches) than full-size treadmill, but that is no issue. Not noisy. For us (67 years old) it is a great machine and thus far (30 days...) is working out great in our slow but steady physical fitness regime.
