Good treadmill overall, and I'm glad I purchased it (I use it daily), but it could use some upgrades: 1. A little tweaking on the controls. Sometimes starting a program works great, and other times it acts like I didn't touch anything. Also, a distance program would be nice to have. 2. The fan is basically useless. Yes, it blows air, unfortunately that air is a foot in front of you and can't be felt whatsoever unless you literally lean over the console. It needs angled towards the user more, OR a deflector could be put on top to deflect the wind towards the user better (I can do it fairly effectively with my hands, just not while running) 3. The speakers aren't quite loud enough. I like to play a movie through my tablet while I run, and while I can get sound, it isn't loud enough to hear over the treadmill if its going faster than 2mph (at least not easily). 4. Its pretty squeaky and loud; I was actually surprised by how squeaky it was. It doesn't drive you insane, but it adds to the already fairly loud operation. As I said though, despite the above upgrades it could use (some of which may well be addressed on the more expensive models), I love the thing. I use it every day, and will continue doing so hopefully for years to come. The fold up feature is super nice and handy too, and its proven sturdy enough for a 4 and 5 yr old to tug on, and has a smart enough locking method that they haven't figured it out :)
