I never thought I would buy a treadmill because I love being out doors walking in the fresh air but since I diagnosed with cancer I had not been able to walk or do any kind of exercise so I need to move and I decided to Purchase and that's really benefit me and I'm glad I bought it especially an Nordic track. I try to do some investigated an decided to buy. I thought they came late 10 free exercises plane but I don't think you can that's my only complaint

I would recommend this to my friends with the exception of definitely have it delivered to the room you intend to use the treadmill in and pay the extra money to have someone put it together for you. It's doable but you really need to have your thinking cap on tight. My 24 yr son and i put it together in 3.5 hours. PLUS we moved it from the front door to our finished basement where we put it together. Moving it, in and of itself, was quite the feat!! The C700 weighs about 225lbs and the box is awkward to get a grip onto. So save yourself the time and trouble and pay the extra to have it done for you. That all said i am SO happy that i have my very own Nordic Track treadmill in my home! i love it and have taken advantage of it with daily/bi-daily runs. It's helped me to work on my running form, pace and the amt of miles i can get in in a week has been impressive...No excuses now to not run when the weather is bad...i'm training for a 1/2 marathon in October and having this treadmill is going to be a great help keeping me on track :)

I have an older NordicTrack treadmill that I use every day and it has last for quite a few years. Even after buying the new treadmill I had the older one repaired so that I will now have a spare. I use my treadmill every day for at least an hour each day. Very good product.

I have been Slowly walking every day now for 3-12 weeks. My doctor has reminded me to break in my exercise slowly since I am a senior citizen and have COPD. I have to be patient with my goal but I feel this treadmill will get me there.

The 700C is priced ok, not a great warranty and the info on the workout programs are not even explained in the user manual, so good luck! Also won't sync with other devices as Apple, Gearfit, etc.

We finally received our treadmill, the assembly was about 15 minutes with 3 workers. The worst part was the shipping which took about 3 weeks. We are very happy otherwise with it- still getting comfortable- and we just received our large mat to go under it which is a much needed accessory.
