Soldered memory failed; can't be fixed

We bought this for my wife in September 2020. This week 14 months later, it went into a continuous Windows recovery loop, making it unusable. I spent several days trying to fix it, including trying to re-install Windows without success. I then replaced the SSD and was able to reinstall Windows. That worked for a couple of hours before it started going into recovery loops again. It recovered long enough to run diagnostics which determined that the memory is failing. The memory is soldered to the motherboard and can't be replaced, so now we have a dead, unfixable laptop. Don't buy any laptop that has soldered memory!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My brand new laptop is a lemon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this laptop to replace another Lenovo laptop I had for a couple years that started having issues with the screen blinking... this new one is not only blinking, but with a white steady screen and I have had it less than a month. This is unacceptable. Still trying to contact support!!
