Nice computer, small quirks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought this over the weekend and still on the fence about keeping it.
What I like: It is a quick moving machine. It is very light and it has a 10 key pad.
What I don't like so far: The Type C plug is the same plug I have to use the power, so without an adapter I cant use it. . Setting up is not hard but may times in he process it will just turn off, this will happen consistently for quite a while and then it will blue screen, reboot and work fine.

Great laptop but poor quality/no company backing.

I bought this 10 months ago. I have really enjoyed it's features. While I rarely use the touch screen feature, it has come in handy a few times. For my usage, it has been fast, and the battery lasts much longer than my previous laptops. I now have a partically new laptop, that will not close. When opening it yeatersay, I heard a cracking noise. On checking it out, I found that the screen had separated from the frame on the lower right corner. The system still works fine, I just can't use it as a laptop. (Can no longer close it, or transport it). Lenovo informed me that since it is a damage problem, it is not covered by their warranty. I.e., it is my problem, not theirs, even though nothing has ever been spilled on it, and it has not been dropped or 'man handled'. Due to Covid-19, we have not traveled at all, so the laptop has never left the house since I bought it. So, as I know that it wasn't any type of damage on my part, ti comes down to por quality hinges, and connecting parts.
