I initially tried to set up using app, there was an issue of some sort and finally did a factory reset and used the web interface. Worked perfectly that time and the router is working great, so much faster than my old router

After some challenges on first round and firmware upgrade, factory reset and restarted and process was easy to follow.

I could not get it to work for us and neither could the help line. So, I had to send it back.
If I could I'd like to recommend that while trying to connect online with the router, that their would not be so many, many sites to try. It's totally confusing to seniors.

It states it is good for large homes and has the capacity to get WiFi throughout the home. But our basement still doesn’t have enough WiFi service to run the smart tv we have down there.

Typically, the coverage of this router is up to 1500 sq. ft. To resolve a weak WIFI signal, place it in a central location within your home, away from walls and obstructions, keep it elevated off the floor and away from electronic devices that may cause interference. Additionally, check if the PC or device connecting to the router is working properly and within range to the router, the router is within 30 feet to the ISP's modem, if not wired with a network cable, and your ISP's internet services or connection is working properly or stable.
