Fairly easy setup. Had difficulty registering unit on their website. Setup instructions are not really clear for a novice but once you have been thru it, it makes sense.

Could not connect despite chatting three different times. First Asus rep I found rude and offensive. The next two who were helping me were great but still unable to connect. First rep wrote he was having trouble understanding me despite working with computers for over 20 years. He told me to speak to ISP and if that didn't work return the router. Great support wouldn't you agree. My Greenlight ISP provider was fantastic but unable to get it working and suggested I chat again with Asus and have them walk me through the setup process. The two Asus techs I chatted with this time were great but still unable to connect. Supposedly advanced tech people will be contacting me.
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. Shame on Asus. I have purchased many wonderful products of theirs over the years without problem. I will never buy another product from them and will let everyone I know personally and on social media the frustration I have experienced.
