Please add the shoulder strap back...

I bought this product back in 2012, when this had a shoulder strap, and it was the perfect bag. I worked in the field as a home health nurse, and it allowed me to store all of my medical supplies/documents needed. I was able to visit patients while keeping the bag comfortably at my side with the shoulder strap, and for visits that required extensive walking to get to my patient, I could set it down, pull out the handle, and drag it along to my visits so my shoulder would not wear down. I've been able to use this same bag for the last 6 years with absolutely no problem until the zippers finally started to wear down. Now that I'm looking to replace this with the same bag, I see the new model does not include shoulder strap or even strap loops, which is HUGE disappointment for me. Please at the very least, add the strap loops back again, as they at least give the user the option to wear the bag over your shoulder or drag it as a roller. Making it solely a rolling bag has brought it's versatility down.

I would not buy this product again.

I would not buy this product again until a shoulder strap is a part of the package, I work in the field and travel extensively for work and the shoulder strap is a must.

Exactly what I needed and more!

It is very difficult to find a rolling travel case for a 17" laptop. After my last trip through TSA security and having to remove my laptop that was sandwiched between my clothes making a mess everywhere, I decided to search again when I found this terrific Targus bag. My laptop fits safely and I will be able to take it out with ease at the security checkpoint! There is also ample room for my tablet and a separate area for my paperwork and needed supplies. It also has just enough room to a nice outfit - so no need to stress over lost luggage. It is not nearly as bulky as I would have thought it would be and the telescoping handle is nice as my husband can use it at the longer length if he should be with me. I am so happy to have this addition to my travel gear!

Where'd the strap go?

I have owned or gifted 7 of these bags over the past 15 or so years. It was by far the best large/flexible/overnight/daily computer bag on the market. I told COUNTLESS other people how great it was. My handle and wheels finally gave out so I was returning to happily buy another one. And then I noticed that there was no shoulder strap and no shoulder hooks even. That immediately ended my search. The bag's super power was that you could roll it when it was completely full or heavy, but could still throw it over your shoulder as you boarded a flight or climbed a set of stairs in a hurry. Without the shoulder strap, I will be forced to buy elsewhere. :(

The handle on one side does not engage the locking clip at times. The handle and rails feels loose like it’s too small for that roller bag.
