Defective on installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly our new dishwasher failed to operate upon installation. A repairman said that we had a defective water pump. This is now day 4 after his visit.

Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine because it is supposedly one of the most reliable on the market. Well, mine arrived in non-working condition. I have just moved into a new home, a long distance move, and to be without the dishwasher for 4 weeks while unpacking and putting things away was quite the hardship. My advice, always get the service plan. They don't make any machines the way they used to and you will need service at some point. Gone are the days when an appliance could happily perform for 20 years without need of repair.

So quiet

Extra quiet and extra clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our 21 year old kitchenaid dishwasher. Cleans great and dishes perfectly dry. Incredibly quiet. Can sit next to it when having dinner and you don’t even know it is on. Cabinet panel from pour old kitchenaid fit perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

poorly made and still not fixed

Mixed feelings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the stainless steel interior and the build quality seems good. The dishwasher is also whisper quiet. We hardly know it's on. But we have had to arrange two or three service calls, which seemed like too many for a dishwasher that was not quite a year old. We ended up buying an extended warranty because we're not sure how reliable it will be and we were told the parts are expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
