Poor quality and very expensive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy already had to call to have the top rack replaced because it’s all bent and I’ll have to call for service because there’s an issue with the right side hinge piping when you open the door. It’s hard to believe you buy one of the most expensive appliance brands and you have problems with it from the first day
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Kitchen Aid Panel Ready DW to replace my existing Kitchen Aid DW. I was concerned about the existing wood panel not fitting the new DW but it looks great and is more quiet than the previous unit I had. The KA customer Service Team and Installers were a pleasure to work with.

We are a household of 2 older adults who do not abuse our appliances. I am hoping this new dishwasher performs as well as the old one, requires fewer repair visits and lasts much longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet dishwasher! Thankful there is a finish light on it so we don't open it when it is running. I like the top tray, have used it for utensils. The panel ready feature is my favorite feature. The vent at the bottom of the DW wasn't listed on the specs, so the cabinet maker had to notch out the custom toe kick so the vent would clear when the door is opened.

It dries much better than previous dishwashers I have owned.i like the way the prongs are arranged and the three levels for placing different items in different places- very good design.
