My brand new dishwasher did not work day 1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our KitchenAid dishwasher on 7/31 and it would not run. After calling appliance store from which we bought it from, it took a repair person over 4 weeks to address the issue. Unfortunately, we were told it needed a new motor and that would take a least a week to arrive and a new repair date would be scheduled after that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does everything you want a dishwasher to do!! Quiet, efficient, holds everything, and disappears seamlessly into the the cabinetry. DId I mention dishes come out spotless!! the 3rd cutlery/utensil rack is a game changer - Well Done!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit 1 month ago. Never worked out of box. Service person does not call back. I want unit exchanged. Kitchen aid says it has to be repaired. Repair shop they authorized has a Google review of 1. Worst customer service I have ever experienced on brand new dishwasher!!!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 6 months of repairs came to nothing! Our dishwasher doesn’t work right out of the box!!!!Technicians kepp coming but no one can make a replacement of the unit! Horrible customer support!
