Panel-Ready Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were afraid that our new KitchenAid panel-ready dishwasher would not fit the panel we had that was made for our old dishwasher since it was a different brand. But Sterling Appliance made a careful, informed recommendation for the KitchenAid since they felt it would fit and would arrive more quickly than the other brand. The panel fits nicely and the dishwasher is great! I especially like the very top rack for flat items and it has a large utensils holder that keeps utensils separated from one another for a better clean. Most of all, it is quiet so you can run the dishwasher when you have guests and you nearly hear it run!

Nearly silent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our Bosch which served us well for almost 20 years. Ray's Appliances recommended the KitchenAid, and said, "You won't be sorry !" We are very happy with this unit. It cleans beautifully, with no spots on our glassware (better than our previous unit) and is so quiet that you have to look for the light to see if it is on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a workhorse dishwasher. It does everything the fancy ones do, clean, quiet, washing options. The. best part is the basket for tableware and the upper adjustable rack for knives and cooking utensils. Lovel it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took 2 months to get delivered but it’s a great dishwasher nice and quiet when it runs. Instruction book is hard to read small pictures but you can figure it out. Family loves the 3 trays for dishes

won't start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was installed as part of our kitchen remodel. We are not able to start the machine. We have power to the panel but the control panel is inoperative. I set up a service call with the warranty dept to have a technician come fix the problem. The tech never showed up, did not call, or would not return phone calls or emails. (Texas Home Appliance Service). I called the warranty department and set up another service call with another company for next week. I pray they show up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
