Best Dishwasher Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher and we couldn't be happier. It is panel ready and allows for a beautiful seamless look. More importantly, it actually cleans and is very quiet. You hardly know that it is running. We highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far nice, but this is not a cabinet depth product. I had to modify my house to get it to fit correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The very first time we attempted to use it the circulating pump was defective. We are still waiting for a part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our KitchenAid and we’re happy to replace it with another. So far we have been very pleased with the features and how quiet it is. The dishes have also been very clean.

Good washer, instructions could be more detailed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only run a few cycles, but it seems to work well. The user guide should be more detailed to explain what all the cycles do and what the indicator lights mean.
The one issue we've had is that after one of the cycles, I assumed that the "clean" light meant that the cycle was finished. I opened the door and the load was still pretty wet. I left the door open about 6-8 inches so the dishes would air dry. Later, error beeps indicated water in the drip tray. I guess if you keep the door party way open, it allows moisture to drip into the tray. I had to remove the cover panel and drip tray to empty it, which is a pain.
It is very quiet.

Inconvenient rack setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We only buy KitchenAid dishwashers and love the quality. We don’t like how the racks are arranged. There is a plastic utensil rack on top which we don’t use (we use the standard utensil rack located below. So now the cup rack is lower so that you have to bend down to insert the cups and it also reduces the available height space on the lower rack so large platters won’t fit. A nice washer with poor consumer design.
