Best camera strap ever

I bought this camera strap 5 weeks ago first ever peak strap and have to say best thing I’ve done hold my canon camera and 600 mm lenses no problem at all super job

I got this as a Christmas gift and it was the perfect gift for my shoulders. I use a NikonD750 with some heavier lenses sometimes and this is a perfect companion for lugging the extra pounds. The quick release system is great for maneuvering the camera on and off-leash. I would definitely get the other straps that PD has for my mirror less cameras.

My biggest fear is dropping the camera. Some how I always find a way to get tangled up in the strap that came with the camera. I’ve on more than a few occasions nearly knocked over my camera when it’s on the tripod this way.
I ordered this strap because of its quick release. Absolutely the right solution. Now it’s more comforts around my neck and I can sling it out of the way when I need to. But to make it perfect, the ease of removing the strap to put the camera on the tripod was golden. It’s exactly what I needed!

Perfect camera strap for work and play

I bought this strap for when I am not using my dual harness. My old strap was annoying to put on and off and uncomfortable when I was using a large lens. The Slide strap is perfect for popping on and off as needed, feels secure, is comfortable and looks great.

Bought the original slide maybe 5 years ago, loved it that much that i talked my dad and other photographers into trying mine and they all went and bought their own!
I didn't think the design could be beaten but they only went and redesigned the strap ever so slightly and so I had to go and get that too!
Love the versatility and how I can quickly and safely unclip and reclip to different cameras lenses and tripods with the quick clips.
Cannot wait for the XL to be released in the UK as that will work with the 200-600mm lens as that mounts on the lens rather than on the camera

Peak Design Slide is a lifesaver!

I shoot a lot of volleyball, so spend a lot of time walking around tournaments. Since I have found the Slide, my neck and back are not painful at the end of the weekend anymore! Once, I had to get a massage after shooting a three day tournament with my old Nikon strap around my neck. The slide works great as a sling strap which keeps the weight off my neck. It holds my rig (usually with a 70-200 f2.8 attached) way more securely than the Black Rapid strap I tried (and returned). Having the whole strap slide around makes so much more sense than trying to make the camera slide along the strap. The mounts are brilliant and I can switch between bodies in about 5 seconds! I sometimes see other photographers with their camera and 70-200 hanging from their neck with their OEM manufacturer strap and I think to myself "you poor sucker".
