Best Equipment Upgrade

After purchasing some expensive camera gear I was looking to upgrade my camera strap. I did considerable research at a major online marketplace, after reading horror stories of cameras detaching from those single point attachment sling straps I decided to purchase a Peak Design sling strap. Some of you may think this strap is expensive but seriously do you want to trust your gear to a cheap strap? The Peak Design straps are strong, they allow the camera to hang close to your side or in front of you, multiple attachment options let the camera lay lense pointing down so it is out of the way, and the camera does not twist or sway during normal activities. The PD straps are superior quality and will hold a large camera and lense securely with quick acquisition to capture that perfect photo. I liked the slide so much that I purchased the leash strap for my Fujifilm XT10. I never have to worry about my camera detaching itself from my PD straps. This is probably the best upgrade you can make to improve your photography experience. Buy this strap, use it and you will be impressed with all of its features.

Great strap

I have a Canon 6D w/ 24-105 f4 zoom . This strap works great I can carry my camera around all day with no shoulder problems. Built well and easy to use. Highly recommended!

Nice Comfortable Strap

I initially went tom the Peak Design website to check out their tripod. I browsed the complete website and stopped at the straps. I really would like a nice sturdy strap that would fit across my shoulders—not easy to find, as I am a 6' #245 guy. This strap is the bomb. I love it. It is comfortable and looks great—high quality. I will admit I was a little concerned about the anchor links, but when I got them and seen in person how they worked, and the cables are very similar to some ratchet strap cycling shoes I have—my worries were gone. This strap is well worth the money and I would definitely recommend this strap.

Excellent camera strap

I was searching for a strap that I carry across my body, remove easily from the camera for placing on a tripod and one that would not slip when carried on a shoulder. Peak Design has filled all of the above in the Sling camera strap. The connections are solid and work great with heavy telephoto lenses. I am very happy with my Sling strap

2nd Slide Strap -

I bought a new (2nd) slide strap to replace a worn one(silicone started to wear/melt). After I received the new one I read the warranty and contacted Peak Design. They immediately sent me a new strap at no charge. Excellent customer service and warranty.
