Perfect strap for me

I bought this a month or so ago after realizing that my "included with the camera" strap was insufficiently adaptable to how I wanted to carry my camera. THIS is a great strap. I love the way everything attaches and how easily I can switch things around.

Comfortable, flexible and beautiful

I recently purchased this to help me carry my vintage Bilora Bella camera. This worked great as the camera does not have any anchor points, but I was able to screw the plate to the tripod mounting point, and from there everything just came together. Beyond that, I now can quickly switch between multiple bodies in seconds. The strap does everything I need, and is comfortable, and quite good looking in my opinion.

Best decision I ever made

I struggle with camera straps due to a neck injury and have mainly held the camera in my hand, not the best method in the world. I saw the Slide for sale on a photographic shop site and decided to look into it. I watched the peak design videos and decided to go for it, it was the best decision I ever made where my camera is concerned. I can now walk around with my camera in a safe way and it is easy and quick to get to. The clips can stay on the camera so it's easy to disconnect the strap ends when needed. The quality of the strap is second to none and the supplied clips are very strong. No neck pain, easy and quick to use, it's a no brainer. I have now sent the link to my wife and will be buying her one soon as well. Great bit of kit.

Like the anchors but slips off neck

I like the anchor with their quick release and secure design. Strap is comfortable. However, I frequently take my camera off the Slide and the strap lives up to its name and slips off. There is no easy way to hold the ends together to stop it slipping off. So I have to formally take it off and attach to my camera back pack or pocket. My previous Black Rapid strap never fell off into the mud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Carry strap for safari

Purchased in advance of my upcoming safari to carry my rental lens which is 6 lbs. Love the strap. It's incredibly comfortable and has features I wasn't expecting to be able to take advantage of. Great purchase!

The material quality of the Slide is very good. Unfortunately, the locking mechanisms have never held in place. I have to always use my strap at full length.
