Good strap but needs pad for heavier camera

Great, except it is very narrow. I will add a pad as I did on my Sling. I like the ability to quickly remove and attach your straps. I use the Leash for my Sony RX10 m4 which is a beefy bridge camera and the Sling for my Sony A7R4 with 100-400 G lens.

Hands down - The best
on October 30, 2017

I tested my new Leash in Glacier National Park. I had my OMD EM5 with zoom attached. I tried the sling position and the camera never moved from the small of my back - great when hiking thru bushes. Being a big guy I was surprised the sling position didn't move. Bringing it to my eye was quick. Taking only a moment, it was reconfigured to hang from my neck. The strap is very comfortable and the anchor links are great. I've had other strap systems and this will be my last. GREAT STRAP!

Easy on-the-fly adjustment to fit not only according to my needs/style, but also for my girl and wife. All of us love the colour.

Very nice strap!! BUT - Fuji XE users beware of mount
on December 23, 2017

Camera strap and release mechanism is really nice. Sleek and unobtrusive. The release is really well engineered. Only ding for me is the anchor mount for connecting strap to your camera's tripod socket really is only viable if it doesn't obstruct the camera battery compartment. I have a Fuji X-E2 (similar to the one featured in the photos of this product - implying compatibility) and unfortunately I have to remove the anchor to change the battery or card. Yes to strap - no to anchor for XE.

Now it's a true strap

The new leash is amazing, it's truly the perfect minimalist strap for carrying around a small mirrorless with a light lens. Even though it's thin, it distributes the weight nicely and the smooth webbing slide over clothes amazingly well. I'm actually surprised that the adjuster didn't make it to the slide because it works amazingly well and just looks like it has more design and style to it.

Love this trap. The best i have ever owned. Looks stylish, feels good and sturdy. Attaches nicely to me so that my camera is not flying around. Easy to adjust! Love the anchor link, such an innovative and smart design!

VERY Happy - Extremely Well Made
on February 2, 2018

VERY happy with the Peak Design Leash. It's incredibly well made: from the strap itself to the sandblasted aluminum hardware and ingenious anchor attachment system, everything about it just has a premium/high quality feel. Backed by their lifetime warranty, this will be my goto strap for the foreseeable future. Thank you!!!

Great Minimal Strap

I personally prefer using the cuff over this for the majority of scenario, but this is by far my favorite strap. But when I am traveling this is a must have for any shoot!
