Best. Strap. Ever!

I just have to say that this is the best camera strap I've ever used. I have neck and shoulder issues and traditional camera straps just made them worse. The Leash is so easy to use and it has transformed how I carry my camera. THANK YOU Peak Design!!!

Best strap for mirrorless cameras!
on July 11, 2019

I've owned a lot of camera straps throughout the years and it took a long time to find the one. I've recently switched to Fujifilm and I no longer needed the bigger heavy duty straps for DSLRs anymore.
I came across the newest version of the Leash and it was a perfect fit for my Fujifilm XT2. It's incredibly versatile and extremely well made and well thought out. I love how I can adjust the strap whenever I want incredibly quick and I also love that I can remove the strap anytime I wish and even attach the cuff when I want to go strapless.
I also like the included tripod socket attachment to position the camera downward to the lens isn't sticking out bumping into things and flapping around. I just love the versatility of the strap.
The material the strap is made out of is incredibly durable and flexible so be able to be rolled up and thrown into the bag and take up next to no space at all.
I don't really have any complaints but I kind of wish they made a blacked out version, including the anchors. Maybe that's something they can do someday? I like stealthy and I think many others would love it too.
Thanks Peak Design!

LOVE THIS STRAP

I have owned many sizes and brands of straps and this is by far the best I have ever owned. I love the versatility of it, being able to go from around my neck to cross body very easily. I carry Fuji XT-1 usually with the 23 2.0 attached and this strap is the perfect size. The length is fully adjustable and the weight is distributed nicely so it doesn't hurt my neck or shoulders. I would whole heartily recommend this strap!

Portable!

This is a great strap that is very portable! You can roll it up small enough to put it in your pocket without having it being noticeable. The Ash color is very stylishing with the leather detail. Yet it is small, it is very strong to withold my full frame DSLR camera. Yes most people would use it for smaller cameras like a mirrorless, but with my camera, it works great!!

Perfect Strap for my Z6 and Native Lenses
on July 30, 2019

I have a number of PD products. I have an XL Slide and the hand grip. I bought the leash because my slide seemed to be overkill for my Z6 99 % of the time.
The leash packs away in my bag without having to remove the strap. It is light and easy to use. I use it across my body and it stays in place.
My 24-70 f4S stays on my Z6 and the leash just works with that set up.
I do still use my XL Slide when I use my 70-200 f2.8 Tamron G2 or my 200-500 f5.6 Nikon. The added width spreads out the load and the ridges hold it in place.
All and all I love the Leash.

Flexibility of how you want to use it - neck, sling, shoulder or tether.
on August 7, 2019

Ideal for my mirrorless Fujifilm system. Not bulky and with the anchor design it's easily detached from my camera and stored in my bag when I don't need it. I alternate between neck strap config and sling config depending if I'm walking around with my camera or shooting with it. Length is also easily adjustable which is one of the main features of the strap especially if you want the flexibility of wearing as neck strap or sling. I don't mind the black one but some others colors to choose from would be nice too.

Gets the job done while looking classy with that leather trim

The leash is a simple, but effective camera strap. I like it for the design, and ease of adjustment the metal strap adjuster loops. The slipperiness of the strap allows for easy swinging of the camera, but also allows easy slipping off the shoulder carry position. When stashing away, if one does not remove the strap from the camera first, one may also risk scratching the camera with the metal adjuster loops. Luckily that has not happened yet, perhaps thanks to absence of any sharp or rough edges on the adjuster loop.
