Roasting basket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roasting basket from the Weber Crafted outdoor kitchen collection just made me a happy wife. I can now tell my husband to use our new Genesis E-325s grill replace the right grate with the frame kit and put the roasting basket on top to roast all his hot peppers he wants. I don’t have to be inside coughing my lungs out. Next time he’s using it to cook salmon for dinner too.

Great Size for Grill Top Roasting

The design allows the heat to come through without your food falling through the basket. The sides of the roasting basket are nice and tall so you food items can be stirred easily.

This makes it super easy to grill the veggies. Definitely will use frequently with my brand new Weber grill.

Really makes a difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I had this basket I was using tinfoil to try and grill my veggies. Now I've used the roasting basket twice and it's a game changer. The first time I did roasted potatoes with garlic and rosemary. The potatoes outside were crispy while the insides were creamy. Perfect! The second time I did asparagus. YUM! The asparagus spears were a little crisp while the insides were tender. The turned out so well. I cannot wait to keep using it this summer.

Can be used for several food items but I mainly use to roast my veggies and potatoes. It is high quality and easy to clean after use. I'm so happy with this purchase. I highly recommend purchasing.
