Very hard to connect to from a remote location. Only 3 or 4 cameras connect. Can not get any play back from any cameras. Does not work as well as the first Night Owl system we had.

I just purchased this security system and installed it on the weekend of April 1rst, no joke here! I am really impressed with the clarity of the 4k cameras especially at night in my shop it pitch black and you still see everything. I will revisit and update my post and review after a few months. Fir now 5stars

The picture quality is great, but the footage is choppy, the app is temperamental, and I keep getting alerts for vehicles when they’re turned off in the settings.

Cameras work amazing and when you replay can zoom into crazy close but for some reason 2 of the 4 go black and white at night. Can't seem to have these 2 cameras color 24/7.

We hooked this DVR up to another set of cameras already hard wired in our home. (That system was through Q-See who apparently went out of business during the pandemic. The DVR we had for the Q-See system had started making noises and we believe the fan was starting to go). This works perfectly EXCEPT our TV is only HD and we didn't realize it needed to be a 4K in order to put the program onto the TV itself. It works fantastically though via our mobile devices and that actually has been working out well. The DVR is quiet. Eventually we will install the four cameras that came with this DVR.

I bought this camera system for my Lake house. (Things had started coming up missing.) I love this system. The spotlights a voice alerts make it a wonderful deterrent. So far so good!

The cameras has to mounted straight up because they want turn on the swivel to adjust to any angle meaning that if you tilt the lens it will be tilted on the screen. My other cameras were able to turn on every angle and view upright. Plus one off my cameras face recognition lights will not work in channel 3
