I like the simplicity of this item. Heat it in your microwave as per the instructions and apply it to the sore, achy body part as needed. It's comfortable to use and very soothing. It can be used as often as one likes. My only suggestion would be to make it longer so it can be wrapped around the neck completely like a scarf.

I purchased the bed buddy as a Christmas gift for all of my personal fitness training clients!
They are soft, easy to heat up or use cold. The handles make them very easy to position on the body.

Caught fire

At around 1 minutes my pink bed buddy caught fire in our microwave. Thankfully I was there and immediately removed it and tossed it into the sink. This product if left unattended for the remaining 20 seconds could have done serious damage to our home. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

I've worn out numerous unscented and lavender Bed Buddies and decided to complete the collection by trying the orange/vanilla & lemongrass/ chamomile. Harsh, chemical smell when heated that's tough to take. Hoping they will decrease with time?

It has been very effective helping aid in pain relief. We used a chip clip to hold it in place while he had it on so he didn’t have to hold it around his face.
I would recommend this to a friend!
