Original bed buddy - new design

I have been using bed buddy original neck wrap for years apparently there is a new design with less filling - awful handles and does not retain heat like old ones - caught fire in the microwave after 90 secs - poor quality - why change a product that has been exceptional for years ???? - will not buy again

Everyone's favorite heating pad!

I bought this for my husbands back pain many years ago. It retains the heat for a long time and covers a large area. It is so versatile it can be used for many sorts of aches and pains. My kids began using for sports or other injuries, so I had to order more. When they left for college this was essential to be included in their kit. Now my mother in law had neck pain and we ordered her one which she loves! She likes the weight and size. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Relief

I have used the Bed Buddy for many years and just recently had to order a new one. This hot wrap is the best relief for my neck and headache/sinus issues, and allows me to alleviate the pain without taking medications. I have one on each floor of my home, one at work and even take one with me when I travel. I am forever grateful for the Bed Buddy and the comfort it brings to me and my health.

The grains you fill this with stick together and burn through the fabric, even when only heating it for less than the maximum recommended time. I spend all my time when I need to use it sewing up the holes that appear all over the place on the thing because a new hole shows up. Change what you fill this thing with. It didn't used to be like this.

This wrap was fantastic for the first few tines it was used. After about 8 times being used, the end of the wrap burnt up in the microwave. Thank goodness someone was right there to stop it. Have pictures of the wrap burnt from the inside out at the end both sides.. Trying to contact corporate. Be very very careful with this product. Never had a issue with other products meant for heating up in the microwave.

Fragrance-free Comfort

Very pleased with my new Bed Buddy. It's easy to heat in microwave, and I especially appreciate that it's unscented. It feels so comforting for aching muscles, and also when the weather is cold and damp. Haven't yet tried the chilled option, but will soon. Plan to purchase more as gifts for family members too. Thank you for your great product.
