This is an outstanding idea. I've taken my existing collection of GreenWorks 80V batteries (which is a significant investment) and endlessly expanded their usefulness. Power for camping, job sites, emergencies, survival applications, remote environments, etc. If you already own the batteries then this is an inexpensive way to expand your capabilities.

Great Source For 110V Power From Battery

I purchased the Pro 80V 300 Watt Power Inverter a month ago and I am glad I did. I bought it for a vacation we are taking it into a primitive area (no power) to have portable power from my lawnmower battery. It worked great! It also works well as a portable power source when doing work around my property using 110V power tools. I highly recommend.

Now I can have other use for my batteries, the only thing I noticed is that when there’s a tiny draw of current it still shuts off by itself which is not good if you are using it to power a small fridge which I did.

Portable Power

I had previously purchased a 40V inverter, which came in very handy during the aftermath of last year's Derecho Storm in Iowa. I wished and waited for this 80V version to come around and was delighted with the handle feature and full battery cartridge style connection (vs. the 40v corded style).
The location of the outlet being space further away from the USB charging ports was another welcomed change from the 40V.

A perfect carry caddy inverter for all your needs! This little green guy has a perfect grip handle which can carry easily the shorty or long 80V battery. It has a big power button and a trigger battery release button. Easily use to power up your laptop, smartphone, and or a table light. I attach a power strip to it, with a timer so I can power my table lamp in my RV when I'm away!
