You guys customized a bluetooth speaker with my daughter's artwork and my initials on it... it is one of the coolest things I own... before I even turned it on, I sent pictures to my friends and family... very...VERY impressed... now it's been awhile and ive used it quite a few times, I love it... I have been telling everyone a JBL customized speaker is the perfect gift!

I bought this for my husband's birthday and it was well but the battery doesn't last more than 3 hours. I'm very disappointed because it mentions that it can be on for up to 12 hours and that's not true!

Thank you for your feedback. The published up-to playtime is the maximum battery time when listening at background levels. Turning up the volume and music with more bass will reduce the playtime, much like a phone battery when you brighten the screen. Please try charging your speaker to 100%, then play music at a low volume and without bass boosted. If the speaker lasts close to 12 hours, the battery is working fine. If it is less than 90% of the playtime, it is possible that the battery is losing its capacity. Please contact us for further assistance.

I would give this a five star rating but when somebody pressures you to give a rating before you barely even use your product I’m not cool with that.. So far I love the personalization . The product seems powerful
