The Flip 6 is good, small, inexpensive portable speaker. Sound enough to fill a room, easy to use, battery that lasts a full day or more. Do have to mention however that I had to replace my JBL Flip 5 because it wasn't as waterproof as it claimed, had it for 3 years, and was showing off how it was waterproof to others and it failed the test, so don't assume the waterproofing is as good as advertised. Still worth the money.

I got this a couple months ago. I love my Flip 6. I personalized it with purple roses and my name. The sound touches my soul. I don't understand why it took me so long to buy one.

It is the worst speaker I have ever owned. It is always getting interference while connected, making a cranky sound.

Thanks for your feedback. Bluetooth, in a perfect environment, will perform well for up to 30 feet. However, walls, obstacles, items like Microwaves, Refrigerators, Routers, and other powerful electric products can cause interference. Another possibility is that sometimes a Bluetooth connection can become corrupt. We recommend forgetting/unpairing your JBL Flip 6 on your source device, perform a manual pairing by pressing the Bluetooth button and choosing "JBL Flip 6" on your source device's Bluetooth settings to connect. If this doesn’t solve the issue, we need to determine if the problem is in the device or the speaker. Try to connect the speaker to a different source device to see if it fixes the problem. If the issue persists, please reach out to our customer support for further assistance.

Low Battery Life

I Bought one for my store so we can listen to music while we work and I bring it everyday day fully charged and it lasts a good solid 2 hrs and then dies? How are you gonna claim it has 12 hrs but doesn’t even last half of what’s advertised, is mine defective?

Thanks for your feedback. The battery may be losing its capacity. However, it is also possible that the battery works correctly, but depletes more quickly when the volume is very loud and/or the bass has been boosted. Try to charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to-playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. Please contact us for further assistance.
