Great personalization on a great product

I bought this for a birthday present for my nephew. I had it personalized it with a picture which came out great. As usual, JBL is an awesome product!! Much loved. I see future personalized gifts in my future!!

the product came out looking amazing but i’m having a problem with the speaker turning off fully charged right as soon as i turn it on or as it connects to my device

Thank you for your feedback. We're here to assist with your JBL Flip 6. Firstly, charge the battery for at least 10 minutes before unplugging it. If there is no light visible, it indicates that your speaker is in demo mode. Simply press and hold the Bluetooth and Play buttons for over 10 seconds to exit demo mode. For further assistance, please contact us.

Simply the best!

I bought this as a gift for my husband in Father’s Day and he absolutely loves it! The size is perfect and the sound is amazing! JBL speakers never disappoint they always deliver amazing quality. I still have my docking station speaker from back in the IPOD days. So good I refuse to get rid of it :) Such a bonus that this is waterproof as well! Oh and did I mention the awesome blue color? The list of awesomeness just keeps going. Thanks JBL!
