Over a month & I can't hear clearly! Sound's breaks

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can isolate the issue with your personalize JBL Flip 6. First, make sure that the speaker and device are within 10 feet of each other and with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Next, forget/unpair the speaker on your device then perform manual pairing. You may also try to connect the speaker to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Lastly is reset, turn on the speaker then press and hold "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. The speaker will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the speaker in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again, please contact our customer support at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST)

Bought the personalized JBL Flip 6 with KAROL G album cover pics and it is absolutely beautiful. It was a Christmas present for my daughter and she loved it. Listens to it everyday.

Personalized design came out great!

I'm so happy with how the personalized design came out! I picked one of the pre-made patterns and tweaked it to look just right. It really did match the fine tuned alignment and sizing (if you aren't sure that 1% adjustment will be noticeable, it actually is), and the colors look great. Sound quality is great, it's easy to pack around the house, looks cute on my desk, and is easy to operate. Couldn't ask for more, fits everything I wanted in a small, BT speaker.

This is a nice little speaker that is a great balance of portability and sound. I have and really enjoy the smaller model with the clip. I was wanting a larger one, but still easy to carry. This was a difficult decision, since I already had the clip. Super happy I went with the flip6. The sound is a worthwhile upgrade, and much larger, while sounding better, would probably be chunky and awkward to carry around.
The can’t ustom look was fun to make, and shipped super quickly. I think it arrived within a week. It looks just like the picture. Highly recommend!

The personalization was so simple, I hesitated at first. Even after I placed the order, I was sceptical about what I would recieve. I was pleasantly surprised that the order arrived quickly and looked great.
