Terrible battery

I bought this during the black friday deal. Was a good price for a speaker of this quality. Was very satisfied with the quality of the speaker but the battery life was terrible and then not even 5 days later, the thing wont charge nor will it turn on. Insane.

We're here to help. Let's try some troubleshooting steps that might help fix the issue with your JBL Flip 6. Please try to see if it is charging while plugged in. If yes, please do a forced power cycle by holding down the power button for 30 seconds while it's not connected to any power supply. If there is no light indicator even plugged in, please try a different cable or try charging it into a different power outlet. Examine the charging port for debris or bent pins. Try charging the speaker overnight. Move the charger around the charging port to see if that helps. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Nice idea and jbl is a great speaker however adding a custom picture of a person you can’t really see their face
