[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible Service. I paid for Office, but it wouldn't load or activate. I talked with 8 or 9 Lenovo agents, some of whom said I should have received an activation key, others said they'd send me one, others said I didn't need one. A Microsoft technician checked the computer remotely and said the program had NOT been preinstalled, and that I needed to get a key from Lenovo. Emails to the salesmen went unanswered. Very disappointing. Don't buy software from Lenovo!

This computer is everything that I need it to be. Photoshop was causing my other one to drag, but the Yoga 7I handles it with ease. The touchscreen is very responsive which makes life very easy. Processing is fast and the graphics are top notch.
